Learn the basics of supporting the LGBTQIA+ community, tailored to your location and industry. All of our trainings are customizable, and we will work with you to design materials that address YOUR needs as an industry leader and advocate for diverse communities.
Our training workshops build allyship skills on the ground up, focusing on accessible tools and techniques to "move the needle" in your industry and region through advocacy and support, as peers, community leaders, and constituents. We start each session by building a brave space for participants to ask the difficult questions and connect without fear of judgement, shame, or saying the wrong thing. Our facilitators bring lived experience and a wide variety of backgrounds and professional experience including education and corporate leadership to the table.
We can bring in-person workshops to clients within 50 miles of our headquarters in Fairfax County, VA. If you are outside our radius, or if you would prefer online trainings, we can also do virtual workshops at a time that is convenient for your team.
